I had the good fortune to find Kristy Hawley at an opportune time in my life. I had a close friend and previous neighbor recently pass away. His name was Mr. Eugene Leone, and he became a very special person in my life. Mr. Leone built a home in Monte Sereno in the early 60’s, with his beloved wife, Clara, whom had passed away 13 years ago. Mr. Leone passed away in February 2018.His wish was to gift his entire estate to the Southwest Indian Foundation, in Gallup, New Mexico, where he was born and raised. I had the honor of acting as his Executor/Trustee.  I chose Kristy Hawley as my realtor and I felt that Kristy and the LoMonaco Team did a fantastic job in personalizing this special property and story.

 I can honestly say that Kristy made my task not only easy, but fun. Kristy and her Coldwell Banker team helped me clean out and donate many years of treasured possessions. She seamlessly organized the staging of the home, the marketing and the sale. Kristy went above and beyond, having a special neighborhood “farewell” on behalf of this special couple and their historic home. It was incredibly touching to me. To top it all off, we were extremely pleased to be able to sell the home for over $500k above asking price. The Indian foundation has been significantly impacted as a result.
